Weekend Relaxation

One of my bestfriends, Marga is getting married next year.  According to her, planning the wedding is just so stressful, she barely concentrates on her work as she just kept on thinking the details of the major event in her life.  She decided that her wedding venue to be out of town, at the beach.  To help her out and ease her stress, as friends, we went with her for her ocular of the church and reception venue, at San Juan Church and Sabangan Resort in Laiya, Batangas.  

Of course, this is such a convenient escape for us friends to have a weekend of relaxation! Haha!

QOP: Denim + Neon = 80s Inspired Outfit

Just a quick post of our birthday celebration with my good friend Aimee.  My inspiration here is the 80s, since it's summer already, I decided to wear my new neon skirt paired it with a plain white shirt and my new denim vest, it's so perfect for the season.  
I love this outfit because it's fun, fabulous and I'm totally rockin' it!

First time I've decided to pair a yellow coat with my mint green jeans, I say... not bad.  I think it looks fresh and totally fits the season!

Quick Outfit Post - Work With A Twist Part 2

This is my second post on Work With A Twist.  Work With A Twist is about wearing office clothes and making them look fabulous by adding OOMPH! to any simple, boring color or design. 


What I wore in this post was just a normal outfit for the office, a plain white men's undershirt from Muji and navy linen skirt from Plains and Prints.   To veer away from being boring, I added the newest spring summer 2012 accessories from H&M and Mango.

Gold and Preppy

Just a random outfit post after 2 days of cough, colds and asthma! Ugh! Can you imagine? I was bedridden for the entire 2 days! 
Anyway back to my outfit post, I just love gold and decided to mix it with a preppy outfit.  Wore my gold collar neck piece, gold watch and my super cute gold sperry! I think the ensemble came out quite interesting!

I was surprised when I saw myself in Town & Country.  Hmm... didn't expect, good thing I kinda look pleasant! Why did I say that?  I was so stressed at this time due to this event I put up, good thing I was able to compose myself and smiled at the photographer!

Like Totally 80s!

80s was one crazy era! The hair, the outfits, the colors and the music!  Last Friday, a friend of ours celebrated her birthday at a bar and decided to have 80s theme!  To prepare myself on what to wear, I had to do some research on my pegs.  Below are some pegs I got from the movie and music icons of the decade.

jennifer beals, she's quite hot in this movie.  her character is alexandra, a welder in a steel mill and an exotic dancer at night. though an exotic dancer, she aspires to be a professional ballet dancer!  the music of her audition at the conservatory is one of my favorite dance music...what a feeling!

check out the pictures of my friends and i dancing and drinking the night away, this event was one of the best cardiovascular workout ever!
